If you have transacted with Chura before and the money has not reflected it could be a delay with Mpesa or PayPal notifications. Feel free to reach us on our customer care line if the transaction exceeds 5mins.
Yes, for every new phone number you are sending money to, you will receive an email from Chura requesting you authorize the transaction to the new phone number.
